Probate Compensation Arrangements

In the unlikely event that we cannot meet our obligations to you, you may be able to seek a grant from the Compensation Scheme of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Generally, applications for a grant must be made within twelve months of the time that you become aware, or reasonably ought to have become aware of the loss.
