Please contact your local office to arrange an appointment to visit our office. This ensures we can keep clients, visitors and staff safe and act in accordance with the government guidelines. Our offices are also using the NHS Covid-19 App to track your visit to ensure that we do everything we can to safeguard our clients, visitors and staff. Our reception teams will be on hand to help you with this.

Ashford

Our Ashford office is open Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm by appointment only and our phone lines are operating normally.  Should you need to speak to a member of the team then please call the office number as normal or send them an email to call you.  Should you wish to drop off records, please call 01233 504954 to arrange drop off. If you do come to our office we ask you to ‘check in’ using the NHS test and trace app and our QR code.  If you have small amounts of papers, these can be left in our post box downstairs from our office. Cranbrook

Our Cranbrook office remains closed with staff continuing to work remotely where possible in accordance with government guidance.  Our telephone lines are currently answered between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.  We are opening our Cranbrook office by appointment only, for clients who need to drop off books and papers to the front door.  Access to the building will be denied for non-staff and deliveries, to keep our colleagues safe during this time.  Where possible, please continue to work online with us so that we can reduce the number of office visits at the current time.  To book an appointment to drop off documents, please telephone 01580 714111 during the hours noted above, or email your usual contact.  If you do come into our building, where possible, we ask you to ‘check in’ using the NHS test and trace app and our QR code.

Dover

Our Dover office is open.  Strict hygiene and social distancing measures are in place in compliance with government advice.  You can also contact our Dover office on 01304 204006 or on email at dover@mfw.co.uk.

Herne Bay

Our Herne Bay office is open from 8:30am to 5pm with limited team members working form our office and the rest working from home.  Records can be dropped in at any time during these hours, but should you need to speak with a member of our team please arrange a meeting before hand, as access into the office is by appointment only. To book a drop-off slot or appointment please call 01227 373271 .  If you have small amounts of papers, these can be left in our post box to the left of the downstairs main door. Maidstone

Our Maidstone office is open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm by appointment only. Their telephone number ( 01622 683627) will be answered Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm.  You can also email our Maidstone office at maidstone@mfw.co.uk
