Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic we have had to make some temporary changes to the way in which you can contact us. Firstly, you can contact us by filling out our contact form which you will find by scrolling down the page.

Rest assured that we are working hard to deliver you the same high service we normally do through these challenging times. As part of this we have carried out a risk assessment at each of our offices to ensure we safeguard clients, visitors and colleagues during this time. You can view this below:

Cranbrook: Our Cranbrook office remains closed with staff continuing to work remotely where possible in accordance with government guidance. Our telephone lines are currently answered between 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. We are opening our Cranbrook office by appointment only, for clients who need to drop off books and papers to the front door. Access to the building will be denied for non-staff and deliveries, to keep our colleagues safe during this time. Where possible, please continue to work online with us so that we can reduce the number of office visits at the current time. Dover: Our Dover office is open. Strict hygiene and social distancing measures are in place in compliance with government advice. You can also contact our Dover office on 01304 204006 or on email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Herne Bay: Our Herne Bay office remains closed, but our phone lines are operating normally and a member of staff is working partly in the office at times in isolation to manage clients dropping records. Should you need to speak to a member of the team then please call the office number as normal or send them an email to call you. Should you wish to drop off records, please call 01227 373271 to arrange drop off, so we can ensure someone is at the office to take your records in. If you have small amounts of papers, these can be left in our post box to the left of the downstairs main door.

Maidstone: Our Maidstone office is open Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm by appointment only. Their telephone number ( 01622 683627) will be answered Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm. You can also email our Maidstone office at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sittingbourne: Our staff continue to work remotely at home following government guidance. We are opening our Sittingbourne office, by appointment only, for clients who need to drop off books and papers. These time slots are only available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and will be managed by a strict timetable to ensure we keep both our clients and colleagues safe during this time. Where possible, please continue to work online with us so that we can reduce the number of office visitations at the current time.
