The Insolvency Service will shortly start to replace its existing Word and PDF guidance publications with new web based content in a bid to making it easier for individuals to understand what services are available for them and also to provide a facility for completing forms online.

The new guidance publications will be introduced in phases starting with information for individuals who have a Debt Relief Order or are thinking about getting one.
