It is pleasing to note that on 3rd December 2014 the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice ruled that Amanda Ireland, Partner and Insolvency Practitioner at our Sittingbourne office, had acted correctly in her treatment of a claim made by Her Majesty Revenue and Customs in 2009.
