Are you prepared for Auto Enrolment?
The law on workplace pensions has changed to ensure more people save for their retirement. Large businesses have had to comply for a while and now smaller businesses are affected.
The Auto Enrolment (AE) legislation is mandatory. This means that all UK employers with at least one member of staff will now encounter additional duties. Employers will need to contribute to AE pensions and therefore need to understand the cost implications and what they need to do to plan for their staging date.
