Trainees – earn while you learn

Trainee required at MFW Ashford

Our Ashford office is looking for a trainee to join their team. You should be interested in developing a career in accountancy and willing to undergo AAT (or similar) training and exams as part of your development.

The successful candidate will be provided with a full training programme and will benefit from excellent opportunities to progress within the Firm subject to exam success and on gaining more experience.

The full-time role (37.5 hours per week) will include the production of accounts, completion of VAT returns, bookkeeping, tax and payroll for our clients.

The successful candidate will have (or expect to achieve) good A-Level grades and a full driving licence.

Semi Senior vacancy – MFW Dover

Our busy Dover office has a vacancy for a semi senior. The position would suit an AAT qualified / a part qualified ACA/ACCA student or someone qualified by experience with applicants, ideally, having at least a year or two of practice experience. You would work in a modern office providing business services to our clients – accounts, business tax and bookkeeping/VAT. The successful applicant would also be involved in audit work.

The exact role will be determined by your level of experience.

Full time position (37.5 hours per week) with immediate start possible.

Semi Senior position – MFW Herne Bay

Our Herne Bay office has a varied portfolio of clients which includes many small and medium sized businesses to whom we offer a wide variety of business services.

The successful applicant will be an AAT/ACA/ACCA trainee, looking for an opportunity to continue their studies with a background in accountancy practice.  You will have at least 2 years’ experience within the practice sector preparing accounts, bookkeeping and tax for a mixed client base of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. 

You will be looking for a challenging, long-term career move within a genuinely growing and expanding firm of chartered accountants, offering progression and career development.

Full time position (37.5 hours per week) with immediate start possible.
